    Happy New Year Shire!

Wednesday, January 2, 2008, 12:27 PM PST [General]

Happy New Year to Everyone! Another crazy year gone. Maybe 2008 will be quieter, mellower or perhaps not. Well the New Year's Eve party we threw was a hit. A black and white theme, food was yummy, chocolate tuxedo strawberries, a flowing chocolate fountain and plenty of good friends! Everyone dressed in black and white. No major drama.  Everyone made it home alright. Thank you to all who attended or helped in some way.

Well, I just finished my new list of goals for the new year. I'm excited about them. Mostly business related. Looking forward to growing and expanding Reagle Chocolates. I think it will be a year full of life changes. Good luck to everyone in the new year.

    No rest for the weary!

Thursday, December 27, 2007, 10:17 AM PST [General]

So our guild Christmas party is over. That means the gingerbread castle is done along with 50 cupcakes. I finished up a Homer Simpson cake and a poker themed cake right as my 29th birthday came around the corner. We had an Asian themed party. Just a few friends and drinks. Then we were off to Vegas baby! Stayed at the MGM Grand and watched Cirque du Soleil's Beatles Love show. Fantastic! Got myself a new Beatles hat and shirt! I drove 90mph the whole way home from Vegas. A six hour drive cut down to a 4 hour drive. Wrapped up platters of all the cookies I'd made for my friends and wrapped up all the Christmas presents. Christmas morning ( the usual). That night it was on to The Archer's house for a Christmas party and gift exchange. Good food, good friends, and good drinks! Now it's a mad dash to get ready for our New Year's Eve party. A black and white theme. Ought to be fun! The whole time I've been sick as a dog! No rest for the weary. I thrive on a busy schedule. The more I take on the better I feel. Productivity makes me feel great! Capricorn, you know? Hope everyone has a safe an ill free holiday this year.

    Medieval Gingerbread Santa workshop

Tuesday, December 4, 2007, 01:16 PM PST [General]

Mistress Mae here! I am working on a Medieval Gingerbread Santa workshop. If anyone has ideas or pictures for me I'd love to see some. I'll be including small thatched roof homes as well. Shredded wheat works well as thatched roofs! I'll be sketching this week for the building plans. I love this stuff!
